Day 01: Vientiane Arrival (L) Arrive in Vientiane, welcomed by our local guide and transferred to hotel. Free at leisure and welcome lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the capital of Vientiane and some temples such as Vat Prakeo and Vat Sisakhet. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Vientiane. |
Day 02: Vientiane – Luang Prabang (B.L) By Flight After breakfast at hotel, free at leisure to visit local market and the capital of Vientiane. Check out and transfer to the airport for the flight to Luang Prabang. Welcomed by our local guide and transferred to hotel. Free to discover Luang Prabang. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang. |
Day 03: Luang Prabang (B.L) After breakfast at hotel, discover Luang Prabang, the World Heritage from 1995, ascension to Phousi mountain top. You will have lunch at local restaurant. The short walk to visit beautiful temples: Vat Xieng Thong, Vat May, Vat Vixoun and Royal Palace. You will have dinner and stay overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang. |
Day 04: Luang Prabang – Pak Ou – Luang Prabang (B.L) After breakfast at hotel, we navigate to Pak Ou grotto where the Mekong River and Nam Ou River come together. You will have lunch at local restaurant. Back to Luang Prabang along the Mekong River. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Luang Prabang. |
Day 05: Luang Prabang – Kuangsi waterfall – Vientiane (B.L) By Flight After breakfast at hotel, depart to Khuang Si, about 30 km from Luang Prabang. Stop over at Ban Tha Baen village populated by Thai Lu and Khmu ethnic minority. Visit the biggest and the most beautiful waterfall in this area. Return to Luang Prabang for lunch and after lunch, transfer to the airport for the flight to Vientiane. Welcomed and transfer to hotel. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Vientiane. |
Day 06: Vientiane – Pakse – Khong Island (B.L) After breakfast at hotel, depart to Pakse and Champassak. Stop over to visit Vat Phu, the ancient sanctuairy of Khmer where you will have a spectacular view. You will have lunch at local restaurant. A boat cruise on the Mekong to Khong island and transfer to hotel. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Khong Island. |
Day 07: Khong Island (B.L) After breakfast at hotel, you will take a boat cruise to discover the area of 4000 islands and Khone waterfall, the biggest and the most beautiful waterfall in this area. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, visit Vat Hang Khong and take a walk to Pha Beng and Liphi waterfalls. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Khong Island. |

Day 08: Khong Island – Pakse (B.L)After breakfast at hotel, depart to Pakse, visit different ethnic minorities on the way. You will have a lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, Elephant trekking to Vat Phu Assa mystical temple and visit Oum Muang vestiges invaded by the jungle. You will have dinner on your own and stay overnight at hotel in Pakse. |
