Day 01: Hanoi Arrival (D) Arrive at Noi Bai airport in Hanoi, welcomed by Vietnam Travel guide with welcome presents and transfer to Hanoi, check in hotel and free at leisure. Welcome dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Hanoi. |

Day 02: Hanoi - Halong Bay by helicopter (B.L.D) After breakfast at hotel and then transfer by a private car to port for helicopter. Arrive Halong Bay at noon, 10 minutes flying over the Bay for panoramic flight ad board on the junk. Seafood lunch will be served on board. Cruise to Ho Ba Ham for swimming and kayaking. At the end of the afternoon, you will move to a cave for gala dinner with live music. |

Day 03: Halong - Hoa Binh by helicopter (B.L.D) Wake up in the early morning for the sunrise and breakfast on the junk, boats continue to cruise to explore the most beautiful and the most quite area of Ha Long Bay where the film Indochina was turned. Back to Ha Long pier and transfer to Giap hill for helicopter flight to Hoa Binh. Arrival in Hoa Binh, transfer to Mai Chau by car via beautiful landscapes, check in the local stilt house, free walking around villages to discover White Thai’s daily life. Gala dinner with traditional music and overnight at the house on stilt. |

Day 04: Mai Chau – Hanoi - Hoian (B.L.D) by flight After breakfast served outside, then walk through the valley, visit other villages and the school and then back to village of Pom Cong for lunch. Then, drive back to Hanoi by car and transfer to Noi Bai airport for flight to Danang. Welcomed and transfer from Danang to Hoi An, check in the hotel. Dinner at a local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Hoian. |

Day 05: Hoi An - Biking - Cooking Contest - Cruise on Thu Bon River (B.L.D) After breakfast at hotel and then we go to Hoi An's market to meet cooking staffs by bicycle. Ride through small fishing villages along rice paddies. Visit the local market and buy the ingredients for cooking lesson, then boat cruise along Thu Bon River to Red Bridge restaurant. You will take a rest of the morning for cooking lesson. Lunch at local restaurant. In the afternoon, cruise on Thu Bon River back to the hotel, rest of the day free on the beach or discover Hoian ancient town. Dinner and overnight at hotel in Hoian. |

Day 06: Hoi An – Danang – Saigon (B.L.D) by flight After breakfast at hotel and then free until transfer to Danang for flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Arrival in Ho Chi Minh, welcomed and transferred to hotel. Lunch at local restaurant. Afternoon, visit the principal historic sites of the city: Cho Lon market, the old Post Office of Saigon, the Cathedral, and Ben Thanh market. Dinner at the restaurant and overnight at hotel in Saigon. |

Day 07: Saigon - Mekong Delta - Saigon (B.L.D) After breakfast at hotel and then depart for Cai Be, where you visit Cai Be floating market and take a small boat for a trip through the channel to Vinh Long, visit to some small islands, orchards. Lunch at local restaurant. Continue the boat cruise to Vinh Long and our car pick you up to Saigon. Dinner at local restaurant and overnight at hotel in Saigon |

Day 08: Saigon – Departure (B) Breakfast at hotel. Free until transfer to the airport for flight home. End of the trip. |
